Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Room Bookings and Reservations

All room bookings made through our official website https://housiify.com/ or through authorized partners are subject to availability and confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your booking details.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within the time frame specified in your booking confirmation (usually 48–72 hours before check-in) may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the rate plan selected.

Cancellations made after the deadline or in case of a “no-show” will not be eligible for a refund, and the full amount may be charged as per the booking policy.

3. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any applicable taxes or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be designated as “Non-Refundable”. In such cases, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.

5. Early Check-Out or No-Show

In case you check out before your scheduled departure date, or fail to check in without prior notice (“no-show”), no refund will be applicable for the unused nights or services.

6. Group or Event Bookings

Separate cancellation and refund policies may apply for group reservations, events, or customized packages. These terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking or in the event agreement.

7. Force Majeure

Housiify Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen travel disruptions. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options subject to availability.
